Mechanical Assemblers – Richmond, British Columbia


This is a day shift opportunity (Monday to Thursday, 7:30am to 5.30pm).


Major Responsibilities:


· Manual assembly of Electronic components including complex and high density projects according to assembly books, custom specs and quality standards.
· Mechanical Assembly as required.
· Component preparation, placement or installation.
· Perform Inspections, Mixed assemblies and custom parts as per engineering specifications.
· Participate in training and certification programs to ensure job knowledge and skills set requirements are updated regularly.
· Participate in all team level quality improvement initiatives.


Qualifications:


· Ability to read and understand assembly documentation/instructions.
· Ability to rework printed circuit assemblies and replacing components is an advantage.
· Previous experience working on Electronics or Manufacturing companies.
· A positive team attitude
· Able to lift up to 20 lbs.

SMT Operator - - Richmond, British Columbia


Position Description:
This is a day shift opportunity (Monday to Thursday, 7:30am to 5.30pm).


Major Responsibilities:


· Daily operation of SMT placement equipment: set up, feeder loading and teardown
· Hand place SMT parts prior to reflow, when required
· Assist QA Inspectors with first article inspections
· Provide support to other SMT operators when required
· Audit kits delivered by Inventory
· Point of use inventory control: part picking & put away, cycle counts
· Troubleshoot equipment in an effective and efficient manner as per work instructions to reduce equipment down time
· Perform scheduled maintenance of workstations and equipment to optimize process performance


Qualifications:


· Minimum secondary school graduate or equivalent
· Must have previous SMT equipment operation experience
· Organized and detail oriented
· Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
· Strong communication skills, both written & oral English
· Computer literate (i.e. Windows, Excel, Word)

Electronic Technician - - Richmond, British Columbia


Position Description:
This is a day shift opportunity (Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm).


Major Responsibilities:

· Repair audio and video components including support paperwork.
· Provide telephone and email technical support for customers.
· Evaluate and test current and new leading edge electronic designs for functionality.
· Assist QA Inspectors with first article inspections.
· Generate and change bill of materials for current and new leading edge products.
· Troubleshoot equipment in an effective and efficient manner as per work instructions to reduce equipment down time


Qualifications:

· Minimum electronic trade school graduate or equivalent
· Must have minimum 3 years previous relevant audio and or video repair experience
· Organized and detail oriented
· Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
· Strong communication skills, both written & oral English
· Computer literate (i.e. Windows, Excel, Word)
